My journey into the world of Energy Healing began in 2004 when my homeopathic doctor suggested I see an Energy Healer. I was new to the world of alternative medicine and had no idea what an Energy Healer was or did, but I was desperate and willing to try just about anything.  My life seemed to be careening out of control in just about every area and I was suffering from some low-grade chronic physical issues. I knew if left unchecked, I would eventually be dealing with some serious health problems.

 

As I was introduced to the world of Energy Therapy, I discovered how important addressing your energy system is to creating a physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually healthy human being. I learned that through the normal course of life, our energy fields hold onto all kinds of emotional disturbances that create blocks in our field.  These disturbances eventually show up in our physical bodies as dis-ease. Energy Therapy sessions are designed to help release these blocks while in a relaxed state of being. The results I received were life changing and I was hooked.

 

Through the years, I worked with a number of different healers. All the while, I was learning different techniques, different schools of thought and shifting the way I looked at and experienced the world.  I began feeling, for the first time, that I was actually in control of my life and had begun living from a place of self-empowerment. That was when I knew I wanted to be an Energy Healer and help others empower themselves into wholeness.

 

Today I work with clients both in person and long distance while incorporating many of the modalities I have experienced throughout the years. I am a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP) and Soul Realignment Certified Practitioner.  I have studied Shamanism; EFT Tapping and Optimal EFT; Donna Eden Energy Medicine; Abraham-Hicks; and Quantum Powers with Jean Houston, to name a few. I incorporate all of these modalities into my healing sessions in order to meet each individual client’s needs.

 

I love what I do and sometimes marvel at the winding path that brought me to this point. There is no greater gift than to assist someone on their personal journey of becoming self-empowered. And there is no better way to live life than through Pure Empowerment!
