What is a Property Clearing?

 

Have you ever looked for a new home or apartment, walked in and instantly felt right at home or, the opposite, felt uncomfortable in some way?

 

Your Energy Being was responding to the energy of the property. Physical locations pick up and hold onto energetic frequencies that can feel either comfortable or uncomfortable to you.

 

We are usually attracted to homes that are a vibrational match for us. But it is always a good idea to have a property clearing done in order to ensure the integrity of the place where you spend most of your time.

 

Land and the buildings on the land take on the negative energies of past owners as well as past land use. The Earth has been around a very long time and many locations were once used as battlegrounds and for other purposes that leave behind negative energies.

 

Your property may be holding onto these energies and over time they may begin to affect you or your loved ones. Performing an energetic Property Clearing will release these negative energies and restore the property back to its original natural frequency.

 

Property Clearings can also be effective if you are trying to sell your home and are having difficulty.

Initially, you will provide me with the specifics of the property. This can be done by phone or email. I will then do the work necessary to clear your property.

 

Finally we will have a scheduled phone session to discuss what was located and cleared.

 

The session will take approximately 30 minutes. You will receive a recording of this session so you can review it at any time.

 

Fee:   $95 per Clearing

 

Payment may be made via Venmo, Cash, Check or Credit/Debit Card (a $3 service fee will be applied to all Credit/Debit Card payments)
